To keep things easy, here’s a clear rundown of how we’ll be supporting your scheme over Christmas and New Year.
Office Closure
Our office will close at 5pm on Thursday the 18th of December 2025 and reopen on Monday the 5th of January 2026. Even while our team recharges, emergency support remains available.

For urgent issues, our 24 hour Emergency Contact Line is ready to assist.

• Automatic garage doors
Please use this number for emergencies only so we can prioritise those in immediate need.
Holiday Cleaning, Gardening and Waste Services
Your regular cleaning, gardening, garbage and recycling services will continue as normal throughout the holiday period. There may be small delays around public holidays, but your scheme will still be serviced with minimal disruption, even when collection days fall on a holiday.
