Our Commitment to Transparency and Continuous Improvement

At Netstrata, transparency, accountability and continuous improvement are fundamental to how we operate. As Australia’s largest strata management business, we recognise the responsibility that comes with supporting tens of thousands of owners, residents and strata committees across the country.
Over the past year, we have taken deliberate steps to openly examine our practices, listen to feedback, and strengthen the way we serve our clients. This has included commissioning an independent review of our business, enhancing internal systems, and making meaningful changes to governance, reporting and client communication.
We understand that strata management plays a critical role in people’s homes, investments and communities. That is why we believe openness matters. When questions are raised, they deserve clear answers. When improvements are identified, they should be acted on and shared transparently.
To support this, we have established a dedicated Transparency Hub where we publish independent review findings, explain the changes we are making, and provide updates on our progress. This hub is designed to give owners, developers, committees and industry stakeholders direct access to factual information, without spin or filtering.
The independent review confirmed many strengths in our business, including the commitment of our people and the scale of support we provide. It also highlighted areas where our systems and processes did not keep pace with our rapid organic growth. We have accepted those findings and acted on them.
Our focus now is on delivering consistent service quality, improving responsiveness, strengthening oversight and ensuring our scale works for clients, not against them.
Transparency is not a one-off response. It is an ongoing commitment. We will continue to update our Transparency Hub as reforms are implemented and as we progress through this next phase of the business.
