  • How are strata guidelines established?

    Strata guidelines are set through by-laws created by the owners corporation. These cover noise levels, renovations, pet ownership, and common area usage. Any changes require a majority vote and must comply with NSW strata management laws.

  • How often do strata meet?

    Every owners corporation must hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) at least once per year. This meeting covers:
