Netstrata Statement re NSW Office of Fair Trading legal proceedings

As these matters are now subject to a formal court process, Netstrata is limited to what it can say.

However, please be advised Stephen Brell will step aside from his role as Managing Director while the legal process plays out.

Chairman Ted Middleton will take on the role of Managing Director during that time. The charges will be defended.

Netstrata would like to emphasise the proactive work we have done with the Office of Fair Trading since its investigations began in 2024, including support for the independent review of our operations.

We have since implemented, or are implementing, that review’s recommendations, most of them ahead of schedule.

In addition to those recommendations, Netstrata proactively made many changes of its own, including a total zero-commission policy.
