Our role with this development was working with the developer from the planning stages including the preparation of draft budgets and supplying advice on the best use of common property and by-laws. Consulted through registration of strata scheme and settlement by arranging insurance quotes and covers and chairing the inaugural general meeting.

1 Box Road has been under our management for 12 years. The development comprises 28 lots of offices and factories and is located in a highly sought-after industrial area in the Sutherland Shire.
Through the history of the management, our strata management team have improved the development by tendering for lift contracts to ensure owners are getting the best deal. Advice and installation of solar panels to drive down electricity charges as well as upgrades to basement lighting to use the most energy-efficient lighting options.
The development has also now installed a digital information system called Bulletin Board digital, which allows information to be delivered electronically to building occupants.
3 Macdonald Road is a new industrial development, situated just off the M5 Motorway. It comprises of 22 lots, concrete warehouses with a mezzanine and was completed in 2021.
