Christine is an Associate Director, joining the Netstrata team 21 years ago whilst completing her strata licence qualifications through NSW TAFE. Christine’s extensive property portfolio includes a variety of complex and prestige strata schemes throughout Sydney. Christine prides herself on ensuring each client receives the highest standard of professional customer service and is a dedicated problem solver who strives to simplify complexity on behalf of her client owner corporations. In her spare time, Christine is heavily involved with the Women in Strata Steering Committee and UDIA Strata Committee. Christine also has a keen interest in real estate, investment and travel.

Micah is a seasoned strata manager with a decade of experience, specialising in BMCs, Community associations, and strata plans. With a degree in Engineering Construction Management, Micah transitioned to the industry after gaining valuable expertise in remedial building. His focus lies in ensuring strata properties maintain high standards at reasonable costs. Having navigated the dynamic strata landscape for ten years, Micah has continuously adapted to industry changes, ensuring his clients receive top-notch service. His journey showcases a commitment to staying informed about regulations and industry trends, and highlights his dedication to maintaining high standards.

Michael joined Netstrata in 2011, starting in administration and rising to a seasoned Licensed Associate Director with over 12 years of industry experience. He’s garnered prestigious awards, including the Strata Community Association (NSW) Awards for Excellence in 2021 and the Strata Community Association (National) Australasian award in 2022. Michael specializes in managing diverse portfolios of large Residential & Mixed-Use Strata Schemes, Building Management Committees, and Community Associations, offering comprehensive professional services built on industry knowledge combined with strong long-term relationships that are built on trust.

Suzi’s professional journey began in 2012 at Netstrata, where she cultivated her skills and knowledge, ascending to the position of Associate Director by 2022. With a keen focus on managing complex strata schemes and Building Management Committees, Suzi has honed her expertise over the years. Leading a team of 13 managers, including 4 direct reports, she exemplifies exceptional leadership capabilities. Notably, Suzi’s outstanding contributions were recognized when she became a finalist in the prestigious 2023 SCA awards for strata community management leadership. Beyond her professional duties, Suzi is driven by a passion for mentoring and enriching the development of others.

Stephan is a licensed Senior Strata Manager who joined Netstrata in 2018. With a focus on serving a diverse portfolio encompassing boutique and large strata schemes, he oversees properties ranging from residential to commercial, mixed-use, and Building Management Committees (BMCs). Leveraging his comprehensive background, Stephan combines his tertiary education in Commerce and Psychology to discern client needs effectively. His prior experience in Hospitality Asset Management, where he managed operations for strata titled hotels and resorts nationwide, enhances his expertise in navigating various strata legislations and ensures a strong customer-centric approach.

Tony brings over a decade of property expertise, including roles as a property valuer as well as commercial property management and is also fluent in Mandarin. Holding a degree in Property Economics from UTS, Tony is a licensed strata manager dedicated to excellence. Navigating complexities in strata management, Tony oversees property valuations and ensures seamless operations for strata communities. Striving for positive relationships and enhanced property values, Tony contributes to the success of every strata venture. A proud UTS alum, Tony ensures ongoing growth and stability for strata communities in an ever-evolving property landscape.

With over six years of dedicated experience in strata management, Anthea is a valuable addition to the Netstrata team. Her extensive expertise enables her to adeptly tackle challenges such as building defects and remedial work, ensuring successful rectification processes. With over 20 years’ experience in hospitality and 3 in building management, he prioritizes top-notch service resulting in exceptional outcomes. Nicholas is a seasoned Real Estate professional with a career spanning back to 2003. Beginning his career in property sales and earning accreditation as an auctioneer, Nicholas has facilitated property investments for over 500 Australians nationwide. Jeff Mannell brings over three decades of experience in the building and property industry, including 15 years at the helm of his own building design practice. With formal qualifications in both Architectural Technology and Architecture, Jeff has worked with some of Sydney’s most respected architects and has contributed to landmark projects across NSW. Now applying his deep knowledge to Strata Management, Jeff excels at navigating the intersection of buildings, budgets, and people. His practical mindset, eye for detail, and clear communication ensure that every challenge is met with both foresight and follow-through.

Sarah is a seasoned professional in the strata industry with nearly four years of dedicated experience. Sarah’s journey in strata began immediately after graduating from high school, demonstrating her commitment and passion for the field. Starting as a receptionist, Sarah swiftly ascended the ranks, evolving into the role of Assistant Strata Manager, and joined Netstrata in early 2023 as a licensed Strata Manager. George has been a pivotal figure at Netstrata since 2017, carving a distinguished career specialising in large strata schemes, Building Management Committees (BMC), and Community Associations. Standout achievements include three consecutive nominations as a Strata Community Association (SCA) finalist, and consistently achieving a score of 100% in Netstrata’s internal audits – recognition for his commitment to excellence and his ability to consistently surpass industry standards. As a Senior Strata Manager, George’s role has evolved to encompass the oversight of a dedicated team, and his leadership ensures that all of his associates are aligned with Netstrata’s values.

William entered the property industry in 2016 after obtaining a Certificate IV in property services. After a short stint in property management, William returned to Strata Management with Netstrata in 2018, where he managed a Southern Sydney & Illawarra portfolio but has recently changed to oversee a portfolio based in Sydney. William is known for assisting his owners in maintaining their assests and providing a prompt, professional, resolution-orientated service. As a trusted advocate for owners, William actively listens and offers guidance on all strata related matters, helping navigate the complexities with living and owing in a strata scheme.

With over a decade of experience in the transport industry, Jack brings a strong foundation in operations, communication, and problem-solving to his role as Strata Manager. Jack later moved into project management within the aged care sector, where he honed his ability to coordinate intricate tasks, navigate regulatory requirements, and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. With over 30 years in the strata industry, Anthony brings extensive experience across a wide range of strata communities. As a Class 1 Licensed Strata Managing Agent and registered tax agent, Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), an Associate Diploma of Business, and accreditation in Workplace Assessment and Training. His strong financial background stems from his early career in chartered accounting, where he supported a diverse range of clients, including Owners Corporations. Anthony has also played a role in industry education, having spent 10 years training Certificate of Registration candidates in trust accounting and presenting at annual strata conventions and government forums. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys exploring the outdoors, camping, and working on projects in his garage. Callum is a Senior Strata Manager with a tenure of over 3 years at Netstrata. Leveraging his prior experience in Sales and Marketing, Callum brings a unique set of skills to his role. Stephen embarked on his journey in the Strata industry in 2007 as a Strata Building Inspector, which involved inspecting properties and crafting Capital Works Fund Plans, Safety Compliance reports, Asbestos reports, and External Cladding identification reports for numerous Strata Companies in NSW. In 2023, Stephen brought his wealth of experience and expertise to the Netstrata team as a Strata Manager and successfully manages a diverse portfolio that includes residential, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial properties. With his extensive background and commitment to excellence, Stephen is dedicated to delivering top-notch service to clients at Netstrata.

Marco brings over 15 years of operational leadership experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, including large-scale airport-based operations. From financial management to dispute resolution, he navigates the complexities of strata affairs with a blend of professionalism and a personable touch. Known for his calm, solutions-driven approach, Marco prioritises clear communication, responsive service, and building trusted relationships with owners and residents.

With over 10 years’ experience in event logistics, management, and control, Lachlan has delivered some of Australia’s biggest sporting events. Known for a calm, client-focused approach, he excels in tailored problem-solving to ensure exceptional and timely outcomes. Passionate about delivering seamless experiences, Lachlan brings professionalism, adaptability, accountability, and a people-first mindset to every interaction and building he is involved in.

After completing a Bachelor of Arts at UTS and a Diploma of Business in Real Estate Management, Samantha began her career at Netstrata in 2000 as a Strata Manager. She has since worked across a wide range of departments that has led to a deep understanding of the business and its operations and is now responsible for the overall management of the administrative functions of the company. As the holder of a Class 1 Strata Managing Agent’s Licence, she works with the Managing Director to implement strategy and create an innovative and strategic corporate culture that is aligned with the core values of the company.

With more than two decades of experience, Brad is a trusted leader in the strata management industry. As a Class 1 Strata Managing Agent and licensed Real Estate professional, Brad brings deep expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for service excellence to every aspect of his role. After beginning his career in Property Management, Brad joined Netstrata in 2008, where he would go on to specialise in the management of large and complex strata schemes, Building Management Committees and Community Associations. As a result of ongoing success and positive leadership, Brad was promoted to Management Services Director in 2015, a role that oversees our entire Strata Management team.

Brad is responsible for the growth, support, and performance of our Strata Managers, collaborating closely with his team to ensure every client receives the highest standard of professional care.
