Michael Thompson and Netstrata are exceptional strata managers. Michael is extremely professional, responsive, unbelievably knowledgeable, and importantly pro-active on all issues, and has managed our building through some complicated and sensitive matters very successfully. And he is also an excellent manager of people/the strata committee – he makes it a pleasure to serve on the committee. I am always quick to recommend Michael and Netstrata to friends who and colleagues who often have much less satisfactory experiences with their own strata managers. We are very fortunate.
