New Legislation in NSW: Regulation-making power for COVID-19 Pandemic

Whilst keeping social distancing at the top of the agenda, the NSW Government has introduced a new Act for the purposes of responding to the public health emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The new Act commenced on 14th May 2020 and covers topics such as convening strata meetings, voting, affixing the seal of the Owners Corporation and witnessing of same.
