    Changing Strata Manager

Switching strata managers is straightforward, and we’re here to guide you through the process.

A successful strata scheme needs an experienced strata manager who can navigate the complexities and evolving legal landscape. With our extensive knowledge and experience, we support our owners through any situation, building trust and upholding our integrity.

Our vision is to deliver the best strata management experience, characterised by highly educated staff, exceptional service, innovation, proactivity, and accountability. We ensure every scheme we manage is well-maintained and offer timely support whenever needed.

We aim to keep our clients satisfied for life, and want you to feel that appointing a new strata management company is one of the best decisions you can make.

Six simple steps to change to Netstrata

    1. Get a copy of your Agency Agreement to determine your expiration date and termination period
    2. Get in contact with us so that we can provide you with our termination and appointment motions
    3. Submit the motions to your current manager to be included on the agenda at your next AGM, or arrange an EGM
    4. Once the motions have been passed at your AGM, let us know and then you’ll need to sign our Agency Agreement
    5. Provide your formal termination notice to your current strata manager
    6. Send a copy of the meeting minutes and signed agreement to us, and we’ll collect the books and records
