Each Building Management Committee (BMC) is unique with its management statement. Our managers undergo extensive training to identify the individual requirements of each site, carefully ensuring that correct governance procedures are in place from the minute we are appointed.
Our experience in the management of BMCs in stratum developments is unparalleled in NSW, having managed and assisted in the setup of over 150 of these types of properties.
Accounting procedures are carefully crafted to meet the needs of each BMC; we go to great lengths to administer the financial statements and maintain the shared facilities. We understand that each stratum subdivision will have its bespoke management structure to which we promptly cater.
We will work with you to provide meaningful and constructive strategies to improve governance, equity, and risk management relating to your BMC Management Statement and Shared
Facility Schedules.

Granville Place is a contemporary mixed-use development consisting of 3 residential towers sitting above a 4-story residential and retail podium. Located adjacent to Granville railway station, the development was conceptualised as a true urban village, a place where residents can live, shop and play. The development incorporates 712 apartments and over 6000m2 of retail space. Carefully designed to integrate into the context, the project responds to the human scale of the street through a series of panels and frames reminiscent of a traditional village street.
The towers have been designed to capture light and surrounding views and have been conceptualised as stronger, dynamic elements that relate to the city scale. The ground floor includes a large supermarket and speciality stores whilst a childcare centre is also planned for level 1 of the building. A large green space is provided for the exclusive use of the residents in the form of a garden oasis on top of the podium roof while a significant part of the site has also been dedicated to the Council for the creation of a public park.
