Having more than 20 years’ experience in the property and strata management industry, Stephen is a licensed strata managing agent, real estate agent and registered property valuer. He has regularly lectured at TAFE NSW and for the Institute of Strata Title Management now Strata Community Australia on Strata and Community Title Management. Stephen also sits on a number of industry working groups which keeps him close to the client.

Company Secretary CPA
Read moreHelen has broad skills and experience across a wide range of business areas including company secretarial, compliance, risk management, strategic and operational planning and management reporting. Prior to joining Netstrata in 2004, Helen held various senior positions at a number of small-to-medium organisations. Helen oversees all of the client trust accounts including liaising with external auditors and is responsible for the transition of all new accounts.

Business Development Director
Read moreJeremy joined Netstrata in 2001 and is now responsible for the organic growth of Netstrata where he works with new and existing schemes looking for higher quality strata management, and managing the transition process to Netstrata. Jeremy is a member of the Institute of Strata Title Management, National Committee Title Institute and the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) where he sits on the Strata and Community Title Development Committee. In 2010 Jeremy was a Finalist in the Inaugural Schindler Lifts ISTM Young Business Person of the Year.
Management Services Director
Read moreBrad commenced his career in the property industry over 15 years ago. Upon completion of a Diploma of Business (Property) in 2003, he progressed from property management in the Sutherland Shire to strata management at Netstrata in 2008. After specialising in the management of large strata schemes, Building Management Committees and Community Associations, Brad was promoted to the level of Senior Strata Manager and then Management Services Director in 2015. Brad is now responsible for the development opportunities and supervision of all strata management staff, whilst ensuring a consistently high standard of professional service is provided from all strata managers to our clients.

Read moreAndrew has been in the property industry for over 15 years, originally working in property management in the Sutherland Shire. Andrew began his career with Netstrata in 2008 as a strata manager and quickly transitioned into a Senior Strata Manager. Andrew won the Strata Community Australia (SCA) NSW Young Strata Manager of the Year award in 2016. He was also a finalist in 2017 & 2018. With an abundance of knowledge and experience, he is now responsible for the learning and development function at Netstrata and strives to see our team grow with success and their careers.

Read moreCheryl joined Netstrata in early 2021. Her business success is underpinned by her many years of experience at the Senior Management level, spanning both corporate and blue-collar workforces.
She is an inspirational leader within the Resources space providing advice and guidance in employee relations and performance management whilst engaging with line managers to build people management capability through education, mentoring and coaching.
With a ‘People Come First’ approach, Cheryl has a proven track record of honest engagement with employees and management to produce not only a harmonious workplace but a team of high performing and engaged individuals. Cheryl is a member of the Australian Institute of Directors and has served as an active Director on Community and Corporate Boards.

Read moreAfter completing a Bachelor of Arts at UTS and a Diploma of Business in Real Estate Management, Samantha began her career at Netstrata in 2000 as a Strata Manager. She has since worked across a wide range of departments that has led to a deep understanding of the business and its operations and is now responsible for the overall management of the administrative functions of the company. As the holder of a Class 1 Strata Managing Agent’s Licence, she works with the Managing Director to implement strategy and create an innovative and strategic corporate culture that is aligned with the core values of the company.

Read moreClare started her Strata Management career at Netstrata in 2007 after a number of years as a Property Manager in the Sutherland Shire. She is now responsible for the overall management of the administrative functions of the company. As a licensed and certified strata community manager, she works with the Managing Director to implement strategy and create an innovative and strategic corporate culture that is aligned with the core values of the company.
Clare is a member of Strata Community Australia and supports various initiatives that improve the strata management industry as a whole.
